Thank you for purchasing from Mzinga Islamic Books.
1. Nature of Products
We offer both digital products (eBooks/PDFs) and printed books (physical copies shipped worldwide).
2. Digital Products (eBooks/PDFs)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.
3. Printed Books (Physical Products)
We accept refund or replacement requests for printed books under the following conditions:
- The item was damaged during delivery
- The wrong item was received
To be eligible, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item and provide clear evidence (such as photos).
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
5. Refund Process
If your request is approved, we will either:
- Replace the item, or
- Issue a refund through the original payment method
